John is the Co-owner and Counsel at United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, overseeing the legal and title aspects of all transactions. John has over 17 years’ experience in the title industry. In 1992 John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bridgewater State College. After careers in business management and real estate brokerage, John received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Massachusetts School of Law. Prior to forming United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, John managed the legal department for one of New England’s largest title companies.

John also owns Splendore Law, PLLC where he assists and advises consumers on general real estate matters, title issue resolution and real estate closings in New Hampshire. John also speaks before consumers and real estate professionals about legal and regulatory issues affecting the housing industry.

John is a member of the American Land Title Association, the New England Land Title Association, the Real Property Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and is also an affiliate member of the Capitol Region Board of Realtors. He is licensed to issue title insurance in New Hampshire and Maine and is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company.

Susan is the Co-Owner and Director of Operations at United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, responsible for the day to day operations. Susan has over 26 years’ experience in the real estate/title industry. Over the last 28 years Susan worked for two of the largest title companies in New England, holding the title of Director of Settlement Services and Senior Vice President. To begin her career, Susan served our country in the United States Navy, working in the Pentagon during the Regan administration.

Throughout Susan’s title career she has been responsible for hiring and training of personnel; development and implementation of corporate structure and procedures. Conducting daily trouble shooting, marketing, processing, closings and post-closing.
Susan is an Affiliate Member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and an Affiliate Member of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors.

Lori is the Co-Owner and Controller of United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, responsible for the financial details of all title & escrow transactions.  Lori relocated from New York City to New Hampshire in the spring of 2005 at which time she joined the leadership team of one of the largest title companies in New England.

Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Lori held positions as Assistant Controller for Carnegie Hall and Controller/Operations Manager of Sardi’s Restaurant in New York.  She has spent her career performing accounting, finance and management functions throughout the service industry.  Lori has demonstrated she is a results oriented leader with proven success in policy, procedural implementation & business development.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Queens College in New York.

Lori is an Affiliate Member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors.  She is also a member of the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Sinead is the Office Assistant at United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, responsible for new order entry and post-closing real estate transactions. Sinead, a graduate of Hofstra University in New York, joined United Title in 2017 after moving back to New Hampshire from Brooklyn. Sinead has worked in various customer service positions since graduating and uses those skills to help the owners of United Title and Escrow Services, LLC with daily administrative tasks.
