John is the co-owner and counsel at United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, where he oversees the legal and title aspects of every
transaction. With more than 25 years of experience in the title industry, John brings deep expertise in real estate law, title insurance, and closing services, ensuring that each transaction is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client protection.
John earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State College. After successful careers in business
management and real estate brokerage, he pursued his legal education and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the
Massachusetts School of Law. Prior to co-founding United Title & Escrow Services, John managed the legal department for one of
New England’s largest title companies, where he gained extensive experience in complex title matters and regulatory compliance.
In addition to his role at United Title & Escrow Services, John is the owner of Splendore Law, PLLC, where he advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including title issue resolution and residential and commercial closings in New Hampshire. He is also a frequent speaker to buyers, sellers and real estate professionals, providing insight into legal and regulatory issues that impact the housing industry.
John is an active member of the American Land Title Association, the New England Land Title Association, and the Real Property Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is licensed to issue title insurance in New Hampshire and Maine, and serves as an agent for several national underwriters, including Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, CATIC, and Stewart Title Insurance Company.

Susan is the co-owner and director of operations at United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. With over 38 years in the real estate and title industry, she brings extensive experience in transaction management, staff training, and corporate procedure development to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
Prior to co-founding United Title & Escrow Services, Susan held senior leadership roles with two of New England’s largest title companies, serving as Director of Settlement Services and Senior Vice President. Early in her career, she served in the United States Navy, working in the Pentagon during the Reagan administration. Her commitment to service and strong work ethic have continued to shape her professional career.
Known for her approachable personality and dedication to client service, Susan is a constant and well-recognized presence within the company. Her role encompasses daily troubleshooting, marketing, processing, closing, and post-closing responsibilities, ensuring that clients and partners receive reliable support throughout the transaction process.
Susan is an Affiliate Member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors.

Lori is the co-owner and controller of United Title & Escrow Services, LLC. In this role, she oversees the company’s compliance, audits, and financial reporting, while managing the financial aspects of all real estate transactions within the organization. With her leadership, the company maintains a strong commitment to accuracy, transparency, and compliance in every transaction.
Lori earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Queens College in New York. She relocated from New York City to New Hampshire in the spring of 2005, where she began her career in the title industry gaining valuable knowledge and experience before later co-founding United Title and Escrow Services with her partners.
Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Lori held key financial and operational roles in New York City, serving as the Assistant Controller for Carnegie Hall and as the Controller and Operations Manager for Sardi’s Restaurant. Throughout her career, she has worked in accounting, finance, and management positions across the service industry, demonstrating strong leadership and a proven track record in policy development, procedural implementation, and business growth.
Lori is an Affiliate Member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Brittany is a business development and closing specialist responsible for conducting closings and coordinating with all parties to ensure each real estate transaction closes as smoothly as possible.
Brittany’s career in the title industry began at just 17 years old with a summer job at a title company. Over the past 16 years, she has built extensive knowledge of the real estate and title industries, continually expanding her expertise and developing a deep understanding of the closing process.
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Brittany graduated from Pinkerton Academy in Derry before earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy the UNH. She later attended the UNH School of Law and hopes to one day complete her law degree.
Brittany is an affiliate member of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors and serves as an accredited instructor for continuing education courses for real estate agents in both New Hampshire and Maine.
Brittany has also written several elective courses focused on her areas of interest, most notably on fair housing laws and understanding title insurance.

Sinead is the Office Assistant at United Title & Escrow Services, LLC, responsible for new order entry and post-closing real estate transactions. Sinead, a graduate of Hofstra University in New York, joined United Title in 2017 after moving back to New Hampshire from Brooklyn. Sinead has worked in various customer service positions since graduating and uses those skills to help the owners of United Title and Escrow Services, LLC with daily administrative tasks.
